At Acqua Bathrooms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury fixtures aren't a perfect fit for your home, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the product is in its original, undamaged packaging with all fittings and manuals included to avoid restocking fees.

  Shipping Your Item

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value bathroom fixtures.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
