We offer a 30-day return policy for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed fixtures or custom-ordered cabinetry cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.

Currently, Acqua Bathrooms is a retailer only. We recommend hiring a licensed plumber or contractor to install our products to ensure your warranty remains valid and the installation meets local building codes.
